Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your LEGOLAND® store purchase, return it within 30 days with your register receipt. We will return, exchange or replace the item, based on your method of payment at time of purchase. *Refunds not valid on Vacation Vouchers.

SAVE ALL RECEIPTS: LEGOLAND® New York Resort will not refund any merchandise without a valid register receipt. Items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Other restrictions apply.

All products that are shipped from LEGOLAND® New York are inspected for damages prior to being shipped. Please report any received damages within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.  Boxes must be in original and sealed condition.
