In Park:
If you are not satisfied with your LEGOLAND® store purchase, return it within 30 days with your proof of purchase. We will return, exchange or replace the item, based on your method of payment at time of purchase. Additional return shipping charges may apply.
SAVE ALL RECEIPTS: LEGOLAND® New York Resort will not refund any merchandise without a valid proof of purchase. Items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Other restrictions apply.
Online Store:
All products that are shipped from LEGOLAND® New York are inspected for damages prior to being shipped.
Please report any received damages within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
Within 30 days returns are permitted for boxes in original and sealed condition
o Please pack securely in a sturdy package
o Refund will be made to original payment method, minus shipping
o Please email to receive a return label at nywebsales@legoland.com
